Gosh I really love her macs to the max, the tronky-like fillings mmmm very deli, YUMMY!

Pavlova

One of the light, enjoyable and sweet delicacies with a crispy crust and chewy and soft in the inside. Topped with fresh cream and often includes slices of fruit on top after . Named after the Russian ballet dancer, Anna Pavlova. How lucky.. She got a delightful dessert named after her. *sigh (and  amazed)

Of course, it's not a celebration unless there's cake.
Here are a few birthday RV cakes made upon request too. Sandwiched and coated these cakes with cream cheese.. Yes. You can't have red velvet without cream cheese frosting! And finally add a little bit of garnishings.

Happy 27.5th birthday cupcakes for a cousin, requested as a surprise birthday present from his only one at overseas. Something unexpected. Sweet!

As salam everyone!

I know it has been a little while since my last blog update! (I can't believe how fast time flies!) but just wanted to let you know it's because I have been working on my final year project with my business partners soon after our exam results are out. Alhamdulillah each and everyone of us managed to pass in all of our modules and nowww lets prepare for the final semester in August! Let the war beginnnnn! 

Okay enough of that.
